For teachers, schools and districts
Most school orders for HoloCards are small enough to buy without bids. What you need is paperwork your office will accept — a quote, a purchase order, a W-9 — and a reason that fits your funding. All of that is here.
Your steps
- 1
Pick the cards and get a quote
Choose the vocabulary — a classroom set, take-home sets, a lending library — and request a numbered quote. It is good for 30 days and lists shipping and payment terms.
- 2
Match it to your money
For students with IEPs, it fits the language-and-communication and assistive-technology sections (IDEA Part B). For family nights, Title I family engagement. For a general classroom, your supplies budget or PTA. Use the wording sheet to put it in an IEP.

Send the purchase request
The request below is written for your principal or special education office, with the procurement note your office will ask about (it is under the micro-purchase threshold, so no bids).
- 4
Pay the way your office pays
Purchase order on net-30 terms, purchasing card, or card checkout. We send a W-9 and a unique-features statement for the file.
