Libraries already lend ASL learning kits. HoloCards make a durable, battery-free kit families can borrow by theme. Patrons can suggest one; librarians can fund one locally or through the state library.
Your steps

Patron: suggest a purchase
Paste the suggestion below into your library's suggest-a-purchase form.

Librarian: propose a kit
Use the kit proposal for your manager, collection lead or state library youth consultant (statewide kits can use LSTA subgrants).

Order with a quote or purchase order
We quote, invoice on net-30 terms and send a W-9.
